Lean manufacturing standards in the inventory of social workers

Another training workshop devoted to implementation of lean manufacturing standards5S Lean Office in care-giving institutions of social service has been recently held in the social shelter for minors in Pestretsy. Among the participants of the workshop were 27 social workers from 7 municipal raions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the workshop the participants were presented informational materials describing definitions and purposes of 5S Lean Office, demonstrated best practices of 5S Lean Office implemented in the social shelter for minors in Pestretsy.
