Defender of the Fatherland Day in 2016

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan in forms about the following.
In accordance with Article 112 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, the Defender of the Fatherland Day is declared to be a non-work day (holiday).
As consistent with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “About staggering of holidays in 2016”standard public holiday falling on a weekend should be moved on the first non-weekend day after the weekend.
In summary, in 2016 upon conditions of a 5-day working week, 21, 22 and 23 February will be non-working days (holidays) and 20 February – working day.
