Fire safety raids to multi-child families and families at social risk

The social workers of Baltasinsky raion carry out raids to multi-child families and families at social risk as well as senior citizens and people with disabilities living alone.

A specially established commission consisting of social workers, policemen, firefighters as well as heads of raion enterprises and organizations visits families at risk on weekly basis.

The aim of the raids is to explain people how to stay safe in case of fire, protect themselves and their property. Each family is properly instructed and supplied with informational booklets. The specialists check electrical household appliances and rules of operation.

During a working meeting with heads of agricultural enterprises they were recommended to assist families in need to rectify discovered violations.
