Heroes come back home

A solemn meeting of Boris Kirillovich Kuznetsov, the Hero of the Soviet Union has been organized today at the Central railway station. Boris Kirillovich visited Moscow to take part in festive events devoted to the Motherland Hero Day.
Among the officials came to meet the hero were the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan Elmira Zaripova, vice-chairman of non-governmental organization Heroes of Tatarstan Lyubov Smirnova, vice-chairman regional public veterans organization of the Republic of Tatarstan Gilemhan Karimov and others.

In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
