Breaking Barriers Festival 2015

Ufa Congress Hall has recently hosted the Gala Concert of III Interregional Children Creativity Festival Breaking Barriers 2015. The aim of the Festival was to get together children having good health and children with special needs on one stage.
Insaf Zaripov, a 14 years old resident of village Stary Salaus of Baltasinsky municipal raion became one of the winners.
Specialists of the Complex Social Service Centre of Baltasinsky municipal raion expressed their thanks to those who gave their support to Insaf.
