Rehabilitation Centre masters lean production technologies

A workshop devoted to the 5S System used by work place arrangement has been recently held by the specialists if the Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Disabilities in Naberezhnye Chelny. A special consideration was given to the advantages of using the lean production technologies and namely the 5S System that allows to put to use a system approach to work place arrangement, to involve both employees and management in improvement processes and to achieve direct results without complementary funds.

The participants as well were shown the video clearly demonstrating the downsides and mistakes made by work place arrangement.
