Leninogorsk Employment Centre audited by Ministry specialists

September 21 - 30 this year, the authorized officials of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection had carried out a scheduled inspection of public services delivering by the Jobcentre of Leninogorsk in the field of employment and registering disabled people as unemployed. The aim of the audit was to estimate the results of works performed by the Employment Centre specialists to correct the violations discovered during the previous check.

The follow-up audit did not reveal any violations of The Law of the Russian Federation Concerning Employment in the Russian Federation as well as administrative procedure with regard to payment of social benefits. With that some transgression of the Article 16.1 of the Law Concerning Employment in the Russian Federation were discovered.

Inspection acts and instructions to rectify discovered violations will be done on the results of the audit.
