How to discover and help families at risk

A round table discussion devoted to the problems of juvenile delinquency and discovering families at risk was held in Kazan Social Service Centre on a recent day.
The specialists of Social Help Department summarized the results of work performed during the first half of the year, discussed the problems of early discovering of families at social risk, defined the mail stages of interdepartmental interaction, discussed the ways of improvement of the effectiveness of their work.
