Meeting with parents upbringing children with disabilities

A special meeting with parents upbringing children with disabilities has been held today by the specialists of the Department of Social Assistance for Family and Children.
The participants were supplied with informational booklets telling about the implementation of the norms of the Federal Law on Social Service in the Russian Federation and tips to be good parents.
