Employment Centre of Arsk audited by Ministry specialists

From 27 April to 7 May this year the authorized official of Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection carried out a scheduled inspection of the Employment Centre of Arsk.

The audit was organized to set up the conformity of the Jobcentre activity with the demands of The Law of the Russian Federation “Concerning Employment in the Russian Federation” № 1032-1 from 19.04.1991, federal state standard of employment services rendered to the public adopted by Ministry of Labour and Social protection Order №524n from 13.11.2012, administrative procedures of rendering public services adopted by Ministry of Public Health and Social Development and Ministry of Labour and Social protection orders.

As the result some violations of the legislation concerning the discrepancy between the information from the public service recipients register and actual results of the works, determination of the period of unemployment benefit payment, organization of paid relief works were discovered.

Inspection acts and instructions to rectify discovered violations will be done on the results of the audit.
