Incidents report: 9 health and safety incidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan

The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 6 serious industrial accidents, 2 fatal cases and 2 group cases were registered over the period from 24 to 28 November in Tatarstan.

24 November, the first fatal case occurred at Kuybyishevskaya railway line. The electric and gas welder was found dead inside a personal service room. The results of preliminary investigation stated natural death.

26 November, the second fatal case occurred at ООО Meh-Service NPO in Almetyevsk. The repair mechanic got his head torn off with a crank counterbalance changing a reduction gear on the oil well.

20 November, a serious industrial accident occurred at OOO Poultry Production Unit Ak-Bars in Chistopol. A roustabout got his head injured with a metal pipe cleaning the site.

26 November, another serious industrial accident occurred at OOO Ak tash in Kazan. The worker got a complicated fracture of his leg.

The same day the paramedic of autonomous public health care institution Emergency Ward suffered in a road accident transporting the patient to municipal hospital №18.

27 November, another serious industrial accident occurred at OAO Tatnefteprom in Almetyevsk. The repair mechanic got brain contusion having fallen down from the ladder dismantling the unit pumping outfit.

28 November, it was reported about the serious industrial accident occurred on 9 August in Aznakayevsky raion. A senior agriculturer of the agricultural production co-operative Tally – Bulyak fell down from the moving combine harvester and was injured by the front wheel.

30 October, the last case was registered at OOO Ak Bars Buinsk. The cattleman slipped and fell down.

22 November, the driver and conductor of public transport enterprise suffered in the road accident in Kazan.

27 November, 5 employees of OAO «Zelenodolsk Plant named after A.M. Gorky» suffered in the road accident being transported with a service bus to their place of work.

All the accidents are under the investigation at the moment.
