Incidents report: 17 health and safety incidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan

The Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 17 health and safety incidents were registered to occur on the factory floor in Tatarstan over the period from 17 to 21 November.

19 November, the first fatal case occurred at OOO Keramzit-NK in Nizhnekamsk. The worker got into the belt pulley cleaning the conveyer band.

The same day the roustabout of OOO Business-Centre-Aromat fell down to his death climbing on the railway tank.

14 November, a serious personal injury was registered at OOO Federal Mogul Naberezhnye Chelny. The worker fell from heights of 2 meters and got back and head injuries performing maintenance works on the second growth of the workshop.

17 November, the second serious industrial accident occurred at Federal State-Funded Institution Kamvodput Administration (Naberezhnye Chelny). The chief mechanic got a splintered fracture of the right eye pit performing works on mantling the metal erecting ladder.

17 November, the next serious personal injury occurred at ZAO Interskol-Alabuga in Yelabuga. The mechanician felt seedy at the morning meeting, fell down and got a head injury.

18 November, the operator of OOO P-D Tatneft – Alabuga Steklovolokno got a compound fracture of his lower leg being pressed between the electric lift truck and electric power cart.

20 November, Yelabuga, the electrician of ОАО Tatelectromontazh got burns on the face performing electrical works.

The last serious industrial accident occurred at OOO Victoria Company in Kazan. Performing works on wall plastering the worker fell down from the building timber. The fall leaded to brain contusion.

2 group cases were registered in Almetyevsk and Nizhnekamsk on 12 and 20 November respectively. In the first case – 2 auditors suffered in the result of the road accident. In the second one, 7 workers of OOO Private security enterprise Nizhnekamskneftekhim got the injuries of different severity in the road accident, when the vehicle overturned in the ditch.

All the accidents are under the investigation at the moment.
