Jobs for senior residents of Almetyevsk

A special recruitment fair for senior citizens – residents of Almetyevsk has been held today by the specialists of the Jobcentre in concert with the local social services office.

Among the participants were retired persons and people of preretirement age as well as unemployed people registered with the government employment service.

The fair was held in cooperation with the HR Department representatives of 12 city enterprises and organizations, and namely, ООО Cleaning Service, ОАО Ecoservice, municipal unitary enterprise Almetyevsk Transport Department, ОАО Almetyevsk Enterprise Radiopribor, ООО RINPO, ООО Mekh-Service NPO, ООО NKT - Servise, ООО Tatneft - Mekh-Service, ООО TMS Pipeline Service, ООО Tatneft - URS, ОАО APOPAT, ОАО Tatneft medical unit.

The employers offered the vacancies on the following professions: powertrain mechanic, repair mechanic, turner, conductor, electrician, roustabout, candy-maker, cooker, painter, miller, yard keeper, NC unit operator, carpenter, medical nurse, kitchen worker, electrician of railway sub-station, ecologist, radio operator – engineer, water purification plant operator, manufacturing engineer and other.

The fair was visited by 122 people, 10 of them got job referrals. 32 people made up their mind to join professional courses organized by the Employment Centre. 16 people were tested by the professional psychologist to determine their occupational guidance.
