The largest number of people recognized as unemployed leave their work of their own volition

As for the showings of the reporting period from 15 to 28 October the number of unemployed was decreased by 55 people. In total, there are 14 672 people registered as unemployed with the government employment service in Tatarstan as of today. Particularly, 739 people lost their jobs, 420 of them left their work of their own volition, 37 - due to liquidation of organization or staff reduction.

It should be noted that the largest number of jobless people are traditionally registered in the biggest cities of the republic– Kazan (3 429), Naberezhnye Chelny (1 964) and Nizhnekamsk (1 180). The fewest number of unemployed people live in Mendeleyevsk (107).
