Elmira Zaripova is appointed as the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan №965 from 6 October 2014 Elmira Zaripova is appointed as the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan. Prior to this, Elmira Zaripova held a post of the Head of Vital Records Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Elmira Amirovna Zaripova was born on 24 April 1974 in Kazan.

In the year 1996 - graduated from Kazan State University , qualification History.

2002 - graduated from Volga academy of public administration , qualification State and municipal management.

2011 - graduated from Russian Law Academy of Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, qualification  Jurisprudence.

1994 – worked as a teacher of Tatar language, Kazan secondary school № 126.

1996-1998  – referent of the Head of Institute of History, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1998-1999  - junior research associate, Institute of History, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.

1999- 2000 - leading specialist, Zelenodolsk city and raion administration.

2000-2001 –head of department in Zelenodolsk city and raion administration.

2001-2005 - assistant head of Department for Social Development of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2005-2007 – First Deputy Minister of Social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2007-2008 - Deputy Minister of Social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2008 - 2014 – the Head of the Vital Records Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Candidate of pedagogic sciences.
