Jobcentre of Bugulma carries on professional orientation work

An excursion to OAO TATNEFT Bugulma Mechanical Plant has been recently organized by the specialists of Bugulma Employment Centre in cooperation with the Agency for Qualification Development. 42 children of graduation classes of Bugulma secondary school №1 took part in the event.

The children visited the production departments and workshops of the plant as well as the museum where they learned the history of the enterprise, veterans of work, labour dynasties and estimated the results of the long service of the plant work collective.

The participants were as well told about the professional skill competitions, cultural events held at the plant as well as informed about the wage rate and colleges where they can get the professions of structural designer, master, turner, mechanic and assembler. The specialists of the plant let the children see that to be a worker is not only interesting but prestige.

Having visited the engineering shop and assembly-room the children observed the work of true professionals – turners, millers, mechanics, manufacturing engineers, electronics engineers performing the express operations and assembling of fabricated parts.

In the end of the excursion the future school leavers got information about the profession highly sought at the labour market and workers the enterprises demand.
