The Ministry to hold the Seminar to discuss improvement of working conditions and lowering accident frequency rate in construction industry

The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection in cooperation with Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Volga Centre for Innovation in Education Praktik will hold tomorrow the seminar devoted to the issues of improvement of working conditions and lowering accident frequency rate in construction industry.

The agenda includes the discussion of such issues as influence of working conditions on the accident frequency level in construction industry, observing HSE requirements working at heights, rights of workers in early retirement, compensation for working conditions, providing effective mechanism of financial incentive for employers to observe HSE requirements, effectiveness of PPE.

Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services,  regional office of the Russian Federation Pension Fund, State Labour Inspectorate, building contractors and producers of PPE are invited to take part in the Seminar.

There will be as well master-classes devoted to issues of using modern PPE organized during the work of the Seminar.
