Incidents report: 9 health and safety incidents on the factory floor

Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 3 fatal cases, 1 group case and 4 serious industrial accidents were registered over the period from 29 July to 1 August in Tatarstan.

The first fatal case was registered on 25 July in Cheremshansky raion. A power engineer of NGDU Nurlatneft was knocked over by a car.

The second case was registered on 27 July. An engine driver of OAO Alekseyevskdorstroy died in a road accident when an asphalt compactor fell into a ditch.

The last case occurred on 28 July at OAO Kamaz Logistics center in Naberezhnye Chelny. The repair mechanic felt seedy and died.

The first severe accident happened on 11 July to an individual businessman from Yelabuga V.D.Kosintsev who was stroked in the face selling souvenirs to the tourists.

The second severe accident occurred on 19 July on the federal highway M-7. An employee of OAO Kazdorstroy in Kazan got a brain concussion in a road accident.

22 July 2014, a concrete worker of OOO WEM in Nizhnekamsk got a knife wound of his left lung during the smoke break in the dog house.

24 July 2014, a nurse of autonomous public health care institution Nurlat Central District Hospital got a head injury. She was knocked over by a car going out of the hospital. 

26 Luly, a group case occurred at OAO Kamaz Casting Plant in Naberezhnye Chelny. Pulling out the travelling belt two employees got their hands pressed by the belt tensioner fell off the guides.

All the cases are under the investigation at the moment.
