Issues of occupational guidance discussed in Aznakayevo

A round table discussion was recently held by the specialists of Aznakayevo Jobcentre with the purpose to share experience on promotion of engineering trades and operator professions and occupational guidance among children. The discussion was organized in the frames of the Meeting of the all-Russian civil society organization Young Guard of United Russia regional division for Tatarstan. The Meeting was held in informal surroundings in the sport-tourists camping Parus.

Among the participants were the head of Aznakayevskiy raion M.Shaydullin, the chief of the Executive Committee A.Shamsutdinov, deputy chief of the Executive Committee for social issues D.Gilyazov, the chief of the Executive regional division United Russia R.Baytukalova, deputy chief of the Executive Committee for youth affairs I.Sagitov, the director of the state public institution Jobcentre of Aznakayevo L.Gafiyeva and leaders of youth groups from all over the republic.

The leader of youth groups from Bugulma and K.Vladimirova, the regional administration leader of Young Guard of United Russia told about the existing problems and tips to make the right choice selecting future profession.

The head of Aznakayevskiy raion M.Shaydullin shared the experience on supporting the young specialists working in rural areas and young families with the aim to settle them down.

 Jobcentre director L.Gafiyeva informed the participants about the measures taken in the field on occupational guidance and events that were held in cooperation with the raion administration.

The leader of the youth group of OAO Aznakayevo Neftemash Plant shared the experience on creating several children’s engineering bureaus at the premises of raion schools with the purpose to spark the interest of children in technical creativity.

During the meeting the participants – young people as well as the invited officials played occupational guidance  games. In the end of the meeting the participants passed the occupational guidance   tests in the Jobcentre mobile office.
