Conflict management training in Bugulma Social Service Centre

The psychologist of the social care department of the Social service centre Rainbow in Bugulma has recently organized a training focused on developing skills of resolving and preventing conflicts. Among the participants of the training were the members of the club Support for young people with disabilities.

The aim of the training was to teach the participants the ways of finding constructive solution of conflict situations, responding quickly to the conflict and forming adequate reaction.

             In the end of the training the children were shown the effective ways of retiring from conflict that helped children to feel more relaxed and unselfconscious
