Cooperation between the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection and the Interregional movement Volunteer moves on to a new footing

A partnership agreement was signed between the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection and the Interregional movement Volunteer. The Agreement followed a more than 10 years cooperation between the Ministry and the movement Volunteer. The Agreement provides for the cooperative work on development and realization of projects, organization of events and their coverage in media.

Volunteer’s organizations – members of the movement Volunteer got an official permit on collaborative work with the institutions within the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection.

In its turn, Centre for Development of Voluntary work undertakes the work on coordination, working out and publishing of methodic materials, holding republican workshops for the specialists of social sphere.

According to R.Khalikov, coordinator of the Centre for Development of Voluntary work, volunteer organizations will get grants, methodological and informational assistance. Among them are Grand competition of Charity Fund Makheyev and  New Academy Project focused on volunteers training. The Center will keep on developing republican and regional cooperation in the field of voluntarism, organizing social preventive work among children and young people and rendering assistance to children with disabilities.
