Incidents report: 3 people injured acting in the course of their employment

Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about people injured in industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate, 2 serious industrial accidents and 1 fatal case were registered over the period from 12 to 16 May.
The fatal case happened on 13 May at the construction site in Bayirshyina St. in Kazan. A mud scraper of OOO PK RemStroyMontazh lost his conciseness performing works on laying down concrete slabs.
The first serious industrial accident was registered on 7 May at 8.40pm. in Kazan. А concrete worker of OAO Tatelectromontazh Construction Management got his chest injured performing handling operations using the elevator.
The second case was registered on 12 May in Kazan. An electrical fitter of OAO Setevaya Kompaniya – Volga lectrical services got thermal injuries having touched the conducting parts of the equipment.
There were no group cases registered during the reporting period.
In order to organize systematic work to support various categories of Fatherland defenders, participants in heroic events, as well as to perpetuate the memory of servicemen and law enforcement officials who died in the performance of military and official duty, a public project of the Volga Federal District “Heroes of the Fatherland” was held.
