Social services under the competence of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection hold the event coincided with the 28th Anniversary of Chernobyl NPP accident

Social service centre Golden Autumn in Laishevo recently organized a round table discussion with the participation of members of the Chernobyl accident disaster elimination team and widows of those who died. Representatives of Laishevo Central District Hospital, the Pension Fund, Social protection department, Republican Centre for Material Aid branch office №25, Social service centre Golden Autumn and Recruitment office took part in the event.

The specialists informed the participants about the conceptual issues of the laws regulating the pension system, procedures of periodic health examinations and health checks, consulted on the social safety net and provision of housing. On behalf of Mikhail Afanasyev, the head of Laishevskiy raion, the visitors received material aid.

In Buinsk, the school named after Roald Sagdeyev housed the event coincided with the 28th Anniversary of Chernobyl NPP accident as well. Among the participants were the head of the raion, deputy head on social issues, representatives of Recruitment office and non-governmental organizations. 41 members of the rescue team and 18 widows received nonrecurrent material support.
