Tatarstan suffers from the lack of workforce

Republican job bank contains more than 39 964 vacancies as of today. Just over the period under report from 26 March to 1 April 3 819 vacancies were registered by the republican Employment Service. More than a half of the total amount of open jobs – 18 566 were recorded in the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan. The cities of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, Yelabuga and Mendeleyevsk feel urgent need of skilled personnel as well. There are 4392, 3150, 2783 and 2523 vacancies registered respectively.
The most complicated situation is on the labour markets of Aleksyevsk, Tyulyachi and Sabyi raions that have 15, 7 and 5 open jobs respectively.
