The fair of vacancies and college places Education. Career – 2014. was recently organized in the House of Technicians in Bugulma. Representatives of HR Departments from 7 city enterprises as well as 9 colleges and tech-schools took part in the fair. Among them are Bugulma Mechanical Plant, OOO TNG-Group, OAO Bugulma Electric Motor-Driven Pump Plant, OOO Production - construction base 2, OOO Manufacturing Engineering Centre, OOO Experimental Engineering Shop, OOO Bugulma Clothing Factory, Bugulma Agricultural College, Bugulma Constructive Technical College, Bugulma Teacher Training College, Bugulma Medical Training School, Bugulma Machine-building Technical School, Bugulma branch of The Institute of Economics, Management and Law, Leninogorsk Petroleum Technical School, Music and Arts Teacher Training College.

The aim of the fair is to help the school leavers to choose the future profession, discuss the situation on the republican labour market, employment requirement of the enterprises, prospects for further development of the area.

The head of the Executive Committee Ayrat Latypov opened the fair. Vice President of Association of Small and Medium Business Shamil Bulushev and Elvera Rezvanova, the director of the Bugulma  Job Centre took part in the fair as well.

Representatives of colleges and technical schools gave the information about the professions and entrance conditions. The specialists of the enterprises provided the visitors with the information about the employment requirement, their output products, social policy and development strategies.

The fair was visited by 861 people (830 school leavers and 31 jobless people). They were suggested 221 open jobs. 7 people got job referrals.

The visitors passed the occupational guidance tests on computers with the help of the Mobile Office.
