The Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labour Relations regular meeting was hold in Kazan today.
Among the participants were Ministrer of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Ayrat Shafigullin, the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions Tatyana Vodopyanova, the President of Association of Entrepreneurs and Undertakings of Tatarsatn Alexander Larentyev, the First deputy minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Ayrat Khasanov.
The agenda included discussions of the Minimum Wage Agreement as well as the main social and economics indicators and social standard of living for years 2013-2014.
“The Trilateral Commission came to the decision about the necessity to rework the Minimum Wage Agreement”, told the First deputy minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Ayrat Khasanov, “starting from the 1st of January the minimum wage in Russia will amount to 5,554 rubles”.
According to the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, each territorial subject has a right to set more higher level of the minimal wage in comparison to national average.
“The division will be made basing on economic and social situation in the Republic of Tatarstan”, explained Ayrat Khasanov.
