Republican job bank contains more than 40 600 vacancies

To be more precisely 40 655 vacancies have been filed by the republican companies from the beginning of this year. In actual fact the number of vacant jobs in the job bank increases every weak. Over the period under report from 18 to 24 September 2 901 vacancies were registered by the job centres. Kazan with 20 160 job openings suffers from the lack of workforce most of all. Other big cities like Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Zelenodolsky raion feel urgent need of skilled personnel as well. There are 6270, 2446, 2025 vacancies respectively. The same situation is in Yelabuga, Mendeleyevsk, Almetyevsk and Chistopol with 4700 in total.

It’s noteworthy that all the raions of Tatarstan have open jobs registered by the job centres. Nevertheless in some of them the number of unemployed people exceeds the quantity of vacancies reported by employers. At the same time the unemployment-vacancy ratio in labour market stands at 0,46 people per vacancy in present at the end of the reporting period in Tatarstan.
