2 vacancies per 1 unemployed in Tatarstan

At the moment the number of vacancies reported by employers is 39091 people. The number of unemployed registered with the government employment service is 19432 people (2120 people over the period from 28 August to 3 September). So the unemployment-vacancy ratio in labour market in Tatarstan is 2 vacancies per 1 unemployed.
Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk suffer from the lack of working hands most of all. There are 19016, 6168 and 2463 openings reported by employers.
The situation is just the inverse in Apastovo, Sabyi and Alekseyevsk where employment requirement amounts to 13, 8 and 2 vacancies respectively.
