Number of unemployed varies between towns

The situation on the labour market in Kazan as of 27 August is as follows. The number of unemployed registered with the government employment service decreased by 11 people over the last week and amounts now to 4176 people.
As for the monotowns, the number of jobless people decreased by 37 people in Nizhnekamsk and amounts now to 1260 people. A fall at 32 people was recorded in Chistopol. The number of unemployed there amounts to 1033 people.
The situation is the reverse in Naberezhnye Chelny and Elabuga where the number of jobless people increased by 21 and 16 people and amounts now to 2723 and 660 people respectively.
