5 industrial accidents on the factory floor in Tatarstan

Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection keeps on reporting about the people injured in industrial accidents. According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate 1 fatal case, 2 serious industrial accidents and 1 group case were registered over the period from 18 to 23 August.

The fatal case happened on 19 August in Almetyevsk to a 26 year old electrical/gas welder of OOO MexService-NPO who died repairing well chain pump.

The first serious industrial accident dated 17 August happened at OOO Agrostroy to a 19 year old concrete worker who fell from the height dismantling falsework plates.

The next accident happened on 19 August in Naberezhnye Chelny. The electrical/gas welder of OAO Bulgarpivo fell down working at heights.

A group case was registered in Kazan on 20 August. Two plumbers of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vodokanal aged 43 and 53 years were asphyxiated by gas working inside sewer manhole.

All the cases are now under investigation.
