Processing industry leading in the number of dismissed

According to monitoring of Ministry of labour, employment and social protection 210 people recognized as unemployed over the period from 14 to 20 August were those dismissed from the processing industry companies. 84 people lost their jobs in the field of wholesale and retail trade.

In other economic activities the situation is as follows: 42 people were dismissed from the sphere of education, 30 - from public health service, 26 - from construction sphere, 25 - from housing and municipal services, 24 from public service, 23 - from real estate business, 23 - from transport and communication sphere, 20 – from agriculture, 17 - from financial sector, 11 from from mining sector, 11 - from the sphere of distribution of electricity, gas and water, 8 - from HoReCa business. Not a single discharge was registered in fishing industry.

In total 768 people were recognized as unemployed over the reporting period from 14 to 20 August. 550 of them were dismissed (313 were resigned of their own will, 57 people by reason of  liquidation of organization or staff reduction).
