11 victims on the factory floor in Tatarstan last week

Ministry of labour, employment and social protection keeps on reporting about the people injured in industrial accidents.

According to the data of the State Labour Inspectorate 4 fatal cases, 2 serious industrial accidents and 2 group accidents were registered over the period from 19 to 26 July.

The first fatal case happened on 23 July at OAO “Kazdorstroy” work base in Novosheshminsk. A 27-year old roadman received a sliver in a fight.

The second fatal case happened on 22 July at OOO Fregat Company in Kazan. A forwarder died in the road accident happened on the road Yoshkar-Ola - Kazan.

The next fatal case dated 22 July happened in the branch office of OAO “Distribution Grid Company” Electric Networks of Buinsk to one of the electricians who fell down on the ground together with a support disassembling an out-of-use part of the power line.

The last case was registered on 23 July in Alekseyevsky raion. OOO “Yasnaya Polyana” combine operator fell under the wheels of combine harvester while winter rye harvesting.

As for the serious industrial accidents, the first one dated 20 July happened in Zelenodolsk JSC Russian Railways track maintenance train №108. The service man fell down from the back platform of the track crane.
