Radik Zalyaev, Hero of Socialist Labour, in the company of Larisa Khalikova, Head of the Home Care Departmint of the Complex Social Servise Centre in Naberezhnye Chelny visited football match Portugal vs. Mexico held in Kazan on 18 June 2017 in the frames of Fifa Confederations Cup 2017.
