Over the past week 968 persons in Tatarstan were registered unemployed

During the reporting period from 6 to 12 December, with the Employment Service of the Republic, it was agreed to register 968 people. Among the newly registered unemployed, 637 people were fired from their last job. It should be noted that most of the displaced left their jobs on their own, of whom there are 463 people. Another 47 people were laid off in connection with the liquidation of the organization or were laid off.

By economic activity, most laid-offs are among former employees of the manufacturing industry and the wholesale and retail trade. Those for the last reporting week reported 122 and 100 people respectively. The more stable companies are in mining, and the organization of production and distribution of electricity, gas and water. Most stable include fisheries and aquaculture, where for many months were noted no layoffs.
