Social index in the Republic of Tatarstan for the third quarter of the year 2012 is 105.3%, or 101.74% on average for each month of the quarter.
This index value approved by the Decree # 8of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, from the November 22, 2012 on the proposal of the Republican Interdepartmental Commission on the definition of social index in order to protect the interests of the population employed in the national economy.
In accordance with the decision of the Commission in determining the value of social index for the third quarter of the year 2012, the indicator of the average growth index of cash income per person in the Republic of Tatarstan accepted as a basis, that composed 1.053 for July - September 2012. Accordingly, the value of the social index for the third quarter of the year amounted to 105.3%, or 101.74% on average for each month of the quarter.
Social index is a basic benchmark for companies, organizations increase of tariff rates, salaries for their employees. It is recommended in the presence of the enterprises of sufficient funds to finance the wage indexation.
