Significant changes in the number of unemployed people in Tatarstan is not observed

Recently a weak tendency to increase the level of unemployment is observed in the republic. So, for the last reporting period from 24 to 31 October this index increased by 0.01 percentage points to 1.13%. These small changes are mainly related to the completion of the seasonal period of active operations in the plant. Besides, the slowdown impact in the construction sector is observed, where the peak of the work also falls on the warm season.

         During the past reporting week in Tatarstan 1281 people were registered with the Employment Service, among whom 816 were fired, of which more than half (596 pers.) left their jobs voluntarily. The total number of recognized unemployment in the country is 23,066 people.
