On November 4 - Day of National Unity non-working holiday

In connection with numerous appeals of the employees of the enterprises and organizations of the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan informs.
In accordance with article 112 of the Labor code of the Russian Federation on November 4 - Day of National Unity non-working holiday.
Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 19.02.1992г. № 1448-XII «On holidays and memorable dates of the Republic of Tatarstan» in the Republic of installed additional non-working holidays, including:
Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, November 6.
In 2012, the non-festive day, November 4 - national unity Day - coincides with the day off - Sunday. Under the above article of the Labor code of the Russian Federation in the case of coincidence of the output and working the festive days of the day off is transferred to the next after the working day. Accordingly, a day off from Sunday November 4 was postponed to Monday 5 November.
Thus, in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2012 on October as 4 and 6 November are non-working holidays, 5 November is a day off.
