The real purposes of the advance sum nonpayment on the Zelenodolsk LLC “VZP Zavolzhje” were announced

At the regular Coordination Council on labour paying, incomings, social standard of living session  Zelenodolsk LLC “VZP. Zavolzhje” was repeatedly observed. During the council work  was cleared up that despite of the labour legislation it turns out that  the enterprise pays the salary only once in a month.

To the first deputy of the Minister Airat Khasanov’s question the director of the enterprise I. Zakirov answered embarrassingly that it became a forced measure to prevent the facts of violation of labour discipline: “If I pay two times (in a month), there will be two times of kick up,” – he explained.

All in all the situation with the debts in “VZP. Zavolzhje” is connected with the specific character of work – crop production in summer months costs a fortune and the main incoming comes in the autumn period. The direction of the enterprise has to pay off all the May-debts and keep on trying to pay the salary in time.
