The Government labour inspection will be sent to the Nizhnekamsk LLC “US Neftehimzavodstroy”

On the last Coordination Council on labour paying, incomings, social standard of living the LLC “US Neftehimzavodstroy” became one of the consideredenterprises-debt. Displeasure of the first deputy of the Minister of labour, employment and social protection in the RT was caused with the absence of the LLC “US Neftehimzavodstroy” director at the session.

The attention also was paid on the enterprise’s violation of labour legislation about terms of salary-paying. The representative of Public Prosecution Office in the RT A. Vizhlov said concerning this fact: “In this case there is no need ot work at all, than everything is bad. But we just sit and watch on it.” In connection with the enterprise on the results of the session the decision about the necessity of re-examination in LLC “US Neftehimzavodstroy” by the Government Inspection was made, and the terms of debt-paying till the August, 1 were fixed.

It should be mentioned that the Government Labour Inspection had already visited this enterprise in this April, where punitive sanctions were taken. Penalty has been paid off, but the violation has not already removed.
