8 women being in the child-care leave started the functional training “HR officer” including the 1C program in Nurlat.
These women being in child-care leave have serious troubles in coming back to the previous work places or in the new one job placement.
The Nurlat employment center offers to solve the young mothers’ problem with the help of the professional education program. It should be mentioned that the training program, retraining , advanced training of the women in the child-care leave till 3 years age and having plans to come back to the work activity is realized in Tatarstan for the second year now. Thank to the federal funds 3 438 women took part in this program last year. 2,5 thousand women have finished the education and the rest still continue their advanced training or get the new professions.
