The Ministry offers to look for a new job using the web-portal of the civil service in the RT

To form the effective and comfortable cooperation between people, the departments of government authority and the local self – administration departments the portal of government and municipal services in the RT was made – uslugi.tatarstan.ru (futher as a portal), that can render governmental, municipal and socially meaningful services on-line. At the moment more than 100 different on-line services are available for people on the portal, including such services as sending an application in provision of civil services, signing up to have an audience with the specialists, the stamp duty pay and other payments and also receiving different information.

There is a possibility of making the “Private Office” on the portal  and receiving the information concerning your inquiries by the way of e-mail letters or SMS reporting. Due to it there is no necessity to check the portal time after time.

The system “Popular control” functionates on the portal too, and through this system you can send your offers concerning unsatisfactory road’s condition, illegal garbage dump, places where the connection services were provided unsatisfactory and concerning others topical problems and questions.

It should be mentioned that the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection in the RT offers all the candidates from Tatarstan to use the vacancies search service, and all the employers to use the stuff search service through the portal. Being on-line all volunteers who want to find a new place for their self – realization can put down their datas and video CV for the potential employers, and to have an interview at home. For the first time this option became available at the beginning of June, 2012 on the portal of labour market in the RT (http:/www.tatartrud.ru/) .

To use this service the searcher and the employer should registrate, make their own profiles (to describe the vacancy and fill the CV) on the website and leave an application. Than there are two possible variants for both the searchers and the employers: the direct one – through the information base the employer and the searcher can find each other or through  the employment center that will more proper correlate the demands and expectations of the both sides and offer them the appropriate solution.

It should be noted the employment center can trace both the variants of the employer – searcher cooperation. It will allow to control the control the labour legislation observation. For example, in case of discrimination of the employee for any attributes by the employer, specialized agencies will take the appropriate measures. In other cases when the employer would offer the searcher to work for several months without signing the labour contract and than refuse the searcher in the job placement, here the specialized agencies would stand for the employee’s rights again.
