“From Heart to Heart” Festival in municipal district of Layshevo

“From Heart to Heart” festival for people with disabilities was recently held in municipal district of Layshevo.
Among participants of the event was Chulpan Minnebaeva - recipient of social services of the Social Assistance Department for Family and Children. Chulpan came from a rural village of Tatar Yantyk. Young artist presented the audience of the exhibition several paintingы in oils.
In her works Chulpan depicts the nature and expanses of her native land.
The recipient of social services was awarded a laureate diploma of the Festival and a valuable gift.
