Changes to labour and employment legislation discussed in Almetyevsk Employment Centre

A seminar on the topic “Changes in labor and employment legislation in 2018–2019 and the procedure for their application” was held at the Employment Center of Almetyevsk municipal district last week. The event was attended by specialists of Leninogorsk Employment Center and HR-specialists from local enterprises and organizations. The seminar-meeting addressed topical issues related to the appointment and payment of pensions, raising the retirement age, unreasonable refusal to hire or unreasonable dismissal of a person who reached pre-retirement age, and guarantees to employees during medical examination.
