Psychologists of the Kazan center of social service prepare school students for Unified State Examination

The staff of the Kazan center of social service of the population has completed the course of group classes on a subject «Psychological readiness to Unified State Examination».

Psychologists of the office of the help to a family and children on the basis of high comprehensive school № 173 carried out 5 such thematic meetings.

On occupations there were 32 pupils of the 9th and 11th classes from large and incomplete families and families of «group of risk». Here children were taught the methods of self-regulation and stabilization of the psycho-emotional state. Besides, future entrants were imparted skills of a goal-setting and planning for effective distribution of forces. Also work with graduates included psychological diagnostics, correctional – developing work, fear and alarm prevention.

Experts note that thanks to a course of lessons, pupils could in practice become acquainted with the methods of reduction of psycho-emotional stress, coping with stress and increase confidence in its own forces.
