Promotion of disabled employment in Naberezhnye Chelny
15 – 29 August 2018, several special events under slogan "The World of Equal Opportunities" were organized by specialists of the Employment Center of the town of Naberezhnye Chelny. The events were aimed at promotion of disabled employment and attracting attention to problems of people with disabilities.
Specialists of the Department of Vocational Guidance and Training organized and conducted a training on professional self-determination "My - today, my - tomorrow". Twelve unemployed citizens with disabilities participated in the training. Participants actively discussed problems that hamper their employment and together with coachers tried to find ways to solve these problems.
Among the main aims of the training were to increase motivation to find work and employment, to give unemployed people with disabilities tips of successful job search and employment, motivate participants for a positive attitude towards life.
