Briefing of Minister of Labour Elmira Zaripova prior to Social Worker Day

Elmira Zaripova, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan was interviewed by two main republican TV-channels on 8 June 2018, prior to the Social Worker Day annually celebrated Russia-wide.

In her interview the Minister told the journalists about the main trends of social sector development, new approaches in work with children with disabilities, senior citizens and families at risk. Special consideration was given to social projects and programms supporting children left without parental support, promotion of disabled employment, services provided by social service institutions, active aging programmes.
