Professional orientation of schoolchildren in Aksubayevo municipal district

Another professional orientation excursion for fosterlings of the social shelter for minors was recently organized by specialists of the Employment Centre in Aksubayevo municipal district. This time the children were offered to visit OAO Tatavtodor.

According to specialists of the state employment service, potential employees on the one side no longer match the available jobs on the other. Young people must therefore be given the assistance they need to decide on their future careers, based on an adequate overview of the changing educational, training and employment markets and awareness of their own interests and strengths.
