The statement was released at the meeting with paretns upbringing children with disabilities that was yesterday organized within the walls of Teyushi District Administration town hall. The meeting was held by E.kurkov, deputy head of Tetyushi District Administration.
The most sensible subject of the meeting agenda was opening an underfilled preschool for children with disabilities.
According to specialists in social service, special education is instruction specifically designed to address the educational and related developmental needs of children with disabilities, or those who are experiencing developmental delays. Services for preschool children (ages 3 through 5) have to be provided free of charge through the public school system at traditional community preschool, with support services.
