Occupational guidance of schoolchildren in Yelabuga municipal district 23.04.2018
All – Russian Campaign “Week without Turngates” will be held in Yelabuga municipal district on 17-18 April 2018. During the week schoolchildren of Public General Schools will get an opportunity to visit OA Production Association “Elabuga Motor Plant”.
According to specialists of the State Employment Service, potential employees on the one side no longer match the available jobs on the other. Young people must therefore be given the assistance they need to decide on their future careers, based on an adequate overview of the changing educational, training and employment markets and awareness of their own interests and strengths.
Production of Ford vehicles at the Ford Sollers plant in Elabuga started in 2012. Today, the plant manufactures the Ford Kuga smart crossover, the legendary Ford Explorer SUV and the lineup of commercial Ford Transit vehicles with utilization of full-cycle technology.
