“We can!” Social Project in Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities in Kazan

 “We can!” Social Project has been implemented in social service institutions of Tatarstan since last year. Among participants of the Project – “April” Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities of Kazan and an orphan home for mentally-retarded children.

According to specialists, a problem situation arises in a family when a child is identified as having some disability and in order to ease this mental distress, some organizational service should be available to convince and to absorb such tragedies. It will not only ease the agony of other members of the family and the disabled child concerned. Various problems relating to the growth and development of children occur at various age levels.
